- Over the last 5 years the project methodology aspects of big transformation projects (250+ project members) were getting more and more prominent
- Strong affinity for software development methodology in terms of “How to improve preconditions for the testing department. (e.g. early engagement, deliverable granularity, relationship of deliverables, stage/quality gates)
- Strong affinity for KPI’s and data analytics
